22 Years of Education. A Lifetime of Helping People Find Their Flow.

In my two decades as an educator, I’ve learned one universal truth: Life is a series of thresholds. Whether you are a teenager handing in your last high school assignment, a new parent holding a miracle, or a professional handing back your office keys for the last time—we all eventually face the question, "What now?"

I founded The Ripple Within because I believe that transitions shouldn't be navigated in a state of panic or paralysis. Change is the perfect opportunity for a "ripple"—a small, intentional shift in perspective that creates a lifetime of impact. 

I don't just "talk" about change; I help you engineer it. Drawing on my deep background in teaching and learning, I bring a grounded, structured, and occasionally playful approach to the coaching space. I specialize in taking the "overwhelming big picture" and breaking it down into a concrete Action Plan.

With 22 years of experience in the professional and personal development field, I am uniquely equipped to guide the "learning curve" of life. I am not a therapist looking back, or a financial advisor looking at numbers. I am a Transition Coach looking forward.
